Hockey Fácil is a project born out of my own search for an outlet to practice and improve my Spanish, and a passion for wanting to grow the game that I love. Today, it has grown into the largest Spanish-language hockey channel on YouTube.

The Austin Ice Bats were a minor league hockey team that played in the WPHL and later the CHL from 1996 to 2008 with a cult-like fan base and a strong penchant for creating horribly beautiful jerseys. This was a self-initiated weekend project imagining what the Ice Bats might look like if they were still around today.

My Wednesday night pick-up ball hockey group needed some more formal branding as we began to grow into a larger organized league. The armadillo was a natural mascot choice being the Texas state ball-shaped mammal.
